On 21 June 2007, The National Gallery and Expedia teamed up to create the first 'Blue Sky Day' an exciting event for more than 300 artists from all walks of life to get together and paint what inspires them. Held in Trafalgar Square, London (with a simultaneous event in Edinburgh's Princes Street Gardens), the event attracted a huge variety of people keen to make their mark on canvas, including nurses, barristers, dancers and gardeners. Expedia’s Agency asked Eye Revolution to document the spectacle of the 200 easels and canvases at one of London’s most famous landmarks.
