Our studios are home to some of the finest makers and artists in the region. Open to the public, they offer a rare opportunity to meet makers and buy beautifully hand-made work direct from craftspeople.

Ceramics studio used for both hand building and throwing courses and workshops.

Light and airy stone carving studio in the heart of the building also used for jewellery and general craft courses and workshops.

Ruth Martin
Ruth is the owner of Baskerville & Jones, providing handmade furnishings to bring warmth and beauty to everyday life at home. Her work focuses on sustainable, natural materials for healthy living.

Tracey Elphick

Mixed-media artist Tracey takes inspiration from what she sees around her from day to day. While she loves painting well-known scenes from Cirencester itself, she also explores street scenes, harbour views and seascapes from further afield. On a sunny day, you can often find her painting in our courtyard.

Daniella Wilson-Dunne

Operating since 1995, Daniella has earned a reputation for making exquisitely designed, made-to-order glass for private houses, public properties, business spaces and a diverse range of different buildings. She also teaches our Stained Glass course.

Liz Valenti
Liz uses paper and tin foil to make 3D collage studies of garments and shoes. Her collaged pieces re-imagine fashion, costume and textiles by transforming the readily available medium of paper into high-end decorative artworks.

LOCO Glass
Colin and Louise use a combination of traditional glassblowing techniques and contemporary craft skills to develop their work which is held in both public and private collections worldwide. Step inside to see glassblowing in action.

Emily Hurst
Emily is a milliner, designer, maker and craftsperson with a passion for the heritage craft of straw work. She is dedicated to preserving and reimagining critically endangered traditional straw techniques. Emily is the 2025/6 recipient of the Young Maker in Residence scheme (her placement is supported by the Radcliffe Trust) which grants her a studio space for one year.

Hayley Kruger
Hayley is a jewellery designer, maker and tutor working mostly with precious metals and gemstones on bespoke projects, including engagement rings and reworking heirlooms. She also shares her skills through workshops and classes run on site.
