Fast Turnaround Virtual Tours

Some virtual tours can wait. Others have to be live the moment the doors open.

If you have a fixed public moment, a launch, a reveal, an opening, an expo, Eye Revolution delivers fast turnaround virtual tours built around your deadline, not ours.

When the tour has to be live the moment the doors open

There are projects where the date is immovable. A product is revealed to the press. A showroom opens to its first visitors. An exhibition launches to the public. An expo stand goes live to the world.

In those moments, a virtual tour that arrives three days later is a virtual tour that missed the point. The tour needs to be live simultaneously, part of the launch, not a follow-up.

This is a specific discipline. It requires a different kind of planning, a different kind of team, and a producer who understands that the deadline is not a target. It is a fact.

We have done this. Repeatedly. For motorshows, for expos and for showroom launches.

Eye Revolution worked with global creative agency Imagination to deliver the Canon Live Visit, a multilingual interactive virtual tour of the Canon stand at photokina in Cologne, the world’s leading photography and imaging fair.

The stand had to be shot the moment build was complete, whatever time of day or night that was. The tour, with six languages and rich interactive content, had to be live the moment photokina opened its doors.

It was.

We returned for Canon Expo New York, a major five-yearly event at the Javits Convention Center. The brief was the same. Shoot on completion of the stand, deliver a twelve-node interactive experience globally, live at opening.

It was.

Both projects were delivered with Imagination, one of the world’s leading creative agencies. The Canon photokina project was shortlisted for Best Conference by an Events Agency and Imagination won the Canon Europe President’s Award for outstanding innovation.

I knew Eye Revolution were the right company to work with when I phoned them with what seemed like an impossible brief and they immediately responded with ways to tackle the logistical issues. Given access to the Motorcycle Show stand in Milan with only 16 hours before the site was due to be live, they worked through the night, photographing, retouching and deploying from the hotel to create an interactive experience that was fundamental to the launch. Failure was not an option. In front of the client in pre-production through to final execution Eye Revolution were professional throughout and inspired confidence by only promising what they were sure they could deliver whilst tackling everything with an optimistic problem-solving attitude. The expertise they brought to the project was invaluable and they became very much part of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them whatever the project.

What a fast turnaround virtual tour takes

The methodology to achieve this is a conversation based around your requirements and the access that’s possible, and it is one worth having early.

What we will say is this: fast turnaround virtual tours of this kind are not improvised. They are planned carefully, from the moment the date goes in the diary. The earlier you bring us in, the more confidently we can commit to your deadline.

We know how to structure a project so that when the moment arrives, everything is ready. The rest is detail we will work through with you.

The kinds of moments this applies to

Fast turnaround virtual tour delivery is relevant wherever a hard public moment is attached to a space. That includes product launches and press reveals, flagship store and showroom openings, exhibition and gallery openings, expo and trade show stands, and any event where the tour being live on day one is part of the story rather than an afterthought.
