This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders of Eye Revolution Ltd.

Eye Revolution Ltd recognises the fundamental importance of human rights and supports the principles set out in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation’s Core Conventions, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
We are committed to:
- Ensuring that our workplace is free from discrimination, harassment, and inequality of opportunity, and that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
- Preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour within our operations and supply chain.
- Conducting due diligence on suppliers and partners to identify and address potential human rights risks, particularly in the sourcing of equipment and materials.

Roles and Responsibilities
All employees, contractors, and stakeholders of Eye Revolution Ltd have a responsibility to uphold this policy, including by:
- Treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
- Reporting any suspected breaches of human rights, modern slavery, or unethical practices to management.
- Complying with all policies and procedures related to ethical trading, equality, and modern slavery.
Non-compliance
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Updates will be communicated to all employees.
