This Ethics policy applies to all employees, contractors, and other stakeholders of Eye Revolution Ltd.

- We will not engage in any practices that are unethical, discriminatory, or harmful to individuals or the environment.
- We will encourage our employees to speak up if they have any concerns about the company’s ethical practices and will take all such concerns seriously.
- We will regularly review and update this ethical trading policy to ensure that it reflects our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Employees and other stakeholders of Eye Revolution Ltd have the following responsibilities in trading ethically:
- Reporting any suspected instances of unethical trading to a director
- Complying with all policies and procedures related to ethical trading
Non-compliance
Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
Ethics Policy Review and Updates
This policy will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Employees will be notified of any changes to the policy.
